I got a screw stuck in my driver’s side rear tire on Friday evening. I was losing tire pressure in that tire, and my husband called to see the price of a quick replacement tire and we would come back later and replace a whole set. The screw was sticking out of the sidewall in such a way a blind man could find it. My husband said on the phone and to the technician in the store the driver’s rear tire needs to be replaced because of a screw in it. They replaced the passenger rear tire and put air in all the other tires not noting the screw jutting out from the driver’s rear tire. We noticed today and brought it to their attention on the phone where we were told to bring the car in and they would take care of it. They did not have evidence to refute this claim on the phone, however, after getting to the store the guy in the office said it must have just been a miscommunication. They want us to pay for the tire they were already paid to replace and I would bet $100 they started coming up with reasons they replaced the wrong tire after we called them today. They are not a trustworthy place to spend your money. Their tire technicians cannot see obvious screws sticking out and clearly don’

I got a flat tire late in the afternoon in Skokie and called Just Tires. I spoke with Issac who was totally awesome and let me know they could get me in right away so I drove over there and Just Tires put a new tire on my car. Great place and great employees.

Bought tires and installed on this shop back in November. I also got the 3 year alignment. From time to time I will lose tire pressure on 2 of my tires. Also, having vibration when I start going 65-70 mph on highway. I never got a chance to go back since I live in Chicago and my sched got very hectic. I was finally able to go back for my re-alignment and tire rotation last month and adress the issues. Today I needed to put air on 1 of my tires again and the vibration is still there. I was assuming they would fix it but it looks like they just did a tire rotation and re-alignment. 1 star for now until the issue is addressed.

I came for a wheel alignment, it took some time until they start working on my car and it was around 1.5 hours overall, good thing they have very nice waiting lounge with free WiFi and Hot&Cold beverages. service was good and professional. I would definitely recommend it.
